Ideaforge Technology allots 88,366 equity shares under ESOS As on : 04-May-26  19:19

Ideaforge Technology has allotted 88,366 equity shares under ESOS on 04 May 2026. Post allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 43,38,76,410 comprising of 4,33,87,641 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid- up.
